Cleaning should be performed every six months (more frequently in industrial and coastal environments), paying particular attention to areas not normally washed by rain. The best method of cleaning is with a soft cloth or sponge, using nothing harsher than a normal bristle brush with a solution of warm water and mild detergent. Surfaces should be thoroughly rinsed with fresh water after cleaning to remove all residues.
Warning: Do not use strong solvents such as lacquer thinners, as they will damage the powder coating’s integrity. Manufacturers recommend the use of either mineral turps or methylated spirits to assist with the removal of stubborn stains. It is strongly recommended that a small area be initially tested to ensure no colour change or damage will occur.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
